1) Our Privacy Pledge

We will never share, trade, or otherwise sell your personal information such as phone numbers and SMS consent to third parties under any circumstances.

2) Scope

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website, contact us, apply for a job, work with us as an owner-operator/driver, or participate in our SMS/MMS messaging programs registered through The Campaign Registry (TCR). It covers online interactions and information collected in the course of motor-carrier operations (safety, compliance, dispatch, and telematics).

3) Information We Collect

• Identifiers & Contact: name, email, phone number, postal address, company, role.
• Driver/Contractor & Compliance: CDL/endorsements, MVR/PSP, medical certificate status, employment/safety history, background check results (as permitted by law), drug/alcohol testing, DQF documents.
• Operations & Telematics: ELD/HOS data, GPS/location pings, DVIRs, dashcam (where deployed), engine diagnostics, speed/braking telemetry, load details, BOL/POD.
• Commercial/Transactional: quotes, tenders, invoices, payments, support requests, claims.
• Internet/Device Activity: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, cookies and similar tech.
• SMS/MMS Program Data: mobile number, opt-in/opt-out status, message logs (timestamps, routing, delivery), and your replies (e.g., STOP/HELP).

4) Sources of Information

• Directly from you (forms, calls, emails, text/SMS, onboarding).
• From service providers (background screening, ELD/telematics, payroll, insurance, carrier compliance platforms).
• From brokers/shippers/consignees for load execution and claims.
• Automatically via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and connected devices.

5) How We Use Information

• Provide and improve our services and website; respond to inquiries.
• Verify qualifications; maintain DQF; schedule routes; track equipment; manage fuel/IFTA and HOS compliance.
• Dispatch and operate loads; manage safety, incidents, and claims.
• Process payments, settlements, and invoices.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, audit, and insurance obligations.
• Send transactional communications (load updates, delivery confirmations, account notices).
• Operate SMS/MMS programs (with consent where required), including load alerts, reminders, account/security messages, and—if you opt in—promotional texts.

6) SMS/MMS Program Disclosures (TCR / CTIA /TCPA)

• Opt-In & Consent: You will only receive marketing texts after providing clear, prior express written consent (e.g., by checking a box and submitting your phone number on our site). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: Text STOP to stop marketing texts to your number. After STOP, we’ll send a one-time confirmation and stop marketing texts. For help, text HELP or contact us using the information above.
• No Sale or Sharing of Numbers (Absolute): We will never share, trade, or otherwise sell your personal information such as phone numbers and SMS consent to third parties under any circumstances. We also prohibit our service providers from using your number or SMS consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
• Carriers Not Liable: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Age: Our SMS programs are intended for U.S. users 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

7) Cookies & Tracking

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure campaigns. You can control cookies in your browser; some features may not function without certain cookies.

8) How We Share Information

We share information only as described below:

• Service Providers/Processors: Hosting, security, analytics, ELD/telematics, background screening, payroll, insurance, messaging/SMS platforms, document management—limited to providing services to us under contract.
• Brokers/Shippers/Consignees: Only load-related details needed for pickup, delivery, accessorials, or claims.
• Legal/Compliance: To comply with law, audits, subpoenas, or governmental requests; to enforce our terms; to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred subject to this Policy.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent—ever.

9) Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, including service delivery; regulatory, tax, insurance, and audit obligations; dispute resolution; and enforcement of agreements. Certain records (e.g., DQF, HOS, accident, drug/alcohol testing) may be retained for periods required by law or industry practice.

10) Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11) Your Choices & Rights

• Emails: Unsubscribe using the link in our emails.
• Texts: Text STOP to end marketing texts to your number.
• Cookies: Manage in your browser settings.
• Privacy Rights (where available): Depending on your location, you may request access, deletion, correction, or portability; opt out of targeted advertising or certain profiling; or limit use of sensitive data. 12) Applicants, Employees & Contractors

If you apply or work with us (including as an owner-operator), we process the information above to evaluate qualifications, verify identity/work eligibility, conduct background screening (as permitted by law), manage payroll/settlements, ensure safety/compliance, and operate ELD/telematics systems. Additional notices may be provided during onboarding.

13) Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If a child provides information, contact us to request deletion.

14) International Users

If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States or other countries with different privacy laws.

15) Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party sites/services with their own privacy practices. Review those policies before providing personal information.
